My goal as the Controller of Examination at SEMT's, M.B. Harris College of Arts, A.E. Kalsekar College of Commerce and Management, Nallasopara (W) is to support the academic excellence and credibility of the institution by upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and efficiency in the evaluation process. I'm committed to making sure that all exam-related processes are carried out fairly, securely, and methodically, in accordance with legal requirements and our college's basic principles.

My dedication to accuracy, confidentiality, and student-centric service is what motivates me in this work. In addition to objectively evaluating knowledge and skills, my goal is to create and uphold strong examination systems that support students' academic discipline, accountability, and lifelong learning.

I work to minimise interruption and maximise efficiency by streamlining examination procedures, from scheduling and coordination to evaluation and result announcement, by utilising cutting-edge techniques and technology. Additionally, I want to promote an environment of academic integrity where both teachers and students recognise the worth of moral behaviour in all types of evaluation.

I'm dedicated to establishing a smooth, dependable, and stress-free exam experience in partnership with the academic departments, administrative personnel, and outside stakeholders in order to further the department's overarching goal of being a top provider of hospitality education at Kalsekar College.

My goal is to make sure that our test system serves as a valuable tool for development, quality control, and academic achievement rather than only a means of marking.
